Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgShreded chicken
  • Vegetables(Bell red pepper, green and yellow pepper, cabbage)
  • 40 gCorn flour
  • Black and white pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onion and Ginger
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Debone and season your chicken

  2. 2

    Coat with corn flour and fry

  3. 3

    Shred all your vegetables and keep aside

  4. 4

    Add a little oil to your frying pan and heat

  5. 5

    Add your onion and Ginger and stir

  6. 6

    Add your vegetables bit by bit and stir

  7. 7

    Add your spices to your taste and put a little water mixed with small quantity of corn flour

  8. 8

    Bring down after 2mins

  9. 9

    Add your fried chicken to the sauce, stir and cover
