Shred all your vegetables and keep aside

Add a little oil to your frying pan and heat

Add your onion and Ginger and stir

Add your vegetables bit by bit and stir

Add your spices to your taste and put a little water mixed with small quantity of corn flour

Bring down after 2mins

Add your fried chicken to the sauce, stir and cover
