Heat up deep fryer/ prepare dipping-coating area.
cut chicken into strips about half inch thick
and soak chicken in a cup of milk - 2
mix flour, paparika,salt ,pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder place in two bowls. and 2 eggs and a cup of milk in seperate bowl.

once oil is 350°F. i drop the tray in so the chicken dosent stick. with one hand take the chicken a piece at a time coat fully
in flour bowl. dip and flip in egg mix dip in last flour bowl fully coated and carefully drop in fryer. - 4
I normally fry them for at least 8 minutes. before they get dark dark brown they are good.

remove and set on a paper bag.
