Steps

Wash karela & peel it. Keep peels separate. Cut karela from center. Sprinkle salt. Keep rest for 1 hour. After an hour squeeze its water.

Assemble all ingredients except oil, & curd.

Mix well.

Fill above Masala in karela. Keep aside leftover Masala.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once oil heated place karela. Shallow fry them on slow heat until golden.

Transfer into dish.

Now in leftover oil add peels of karela. (squeeze its juice). Saute until golden.

Add leftover Masala. Saute until golden.

Add 1/2 cup water & curd. Mix well. Boil it for 5 minutes.

Transfer curry in serving dish. Place stuffed karela.
