Ingredients

  1. 1/4 eachonion
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 2 eachjalapenos
  4. 1/2 bunchcillantro
  5. 1 cantomatoes
  6. 3/4 tspgarlic salt
  7. 1/2 tspground cumin
  8. 1 tbsplime juice
  9. 1 tbspsalt

    Chop the onions and garlic.

  2. 2

    Blanch the onions and garlic to soften them. (Place in hot water for 5 minutes then strain.)

  3. 3

    Chop the jalapeños (use fresh or canned not pickled.)

  4. 4

    Combine these three ingredients and the cilantro leaves in food processor and blend for a few seconds.

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed but not pureed.

  6. 6

    Cover and fill at least two hours before serving.
