Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts; bone-in
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 envelopedried onion soup mix
  • 1EVOO; as needed
  • 1kosher salt and black pepper; as needed

    Toss chicken with enough oil to coat. Season with dried spices except salt.

  2. 2

    Marinate, covered, for 4-48 hours.

  3. 3

    Pat a dab of EVOO on each breast, but be careful not to rub the spices off.

  4. 4

    Roast at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°

  5. 5
