Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2large buns
  • 150 gramsminced meat
  • 1egg
  • 1/2ts black pepper
  • 1/2ts garlic powder
  • 1/4ts salt
  • 2large potato sliced thinly.
  • 200 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a large pan.When hot deep fry the potatoes till crunchy.

  2. 2

    Place the minced meat In a bowl,add in the eggs and spices.Mix them up and mould it to form large patties or your desired Shape.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil in a non-stick pan about 3Tb.When hot put in the mince patties and fry either side till well cooked.

  4. 4

    Place the patties inside the bun and enjoy😊
