1 1/2 tspground turmeric powder
1annatto powder
1 tspground black pepper
2 cupbroken jasmine rice
1 1/2 tbspground cumin
1 tspsweet basil
1 stickmargarine

Heat the margarine in a pot add rice fry rice till it turns white

Add water and tomatoes

Add spices

Cook stirring often

When the rice is erupting put cover on it turn off heat let rest undisturbed for 7 minutes
