pour all ingredients into a pitcher let steep over night. drink throughout the day with a well balanced diet. this will help to rid impurities in your system. kind of like a reboot. especially after all the holidays :)

wanted to add that you don't have to wait a whole night before drinking. after an hour its good to drink. I drink it right away and then I add more purified water

Our lemon 🍋 tree is producing a bumper harvest this year so basically any lemony recipe that I haven’t tried yet and seems quick, tasty and easy catches my eye these days. I made it as a pre-breakfast drink and it really is delicious. A great drink to serve up on a hot Summer day in a few months time.
