Take a kadhai heat 1tbsp ghee and fry dry fruits Same kadhai rost flattened rice and grind it Now boil milk After boiled milk add coarsely grinded poha. Stir continusly until thickend Add saffron threads, sugar and combine well Add food colour and roasted dry fruit

Add food colour and roasted dry fruits give it a good mix Now add ghee and cardamom powder and mix it properly Poha kesari ready to serve garnish some dry fruits and serve it.
