Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  2. 1peach
  3. 4Sweet mini peppers
  4. 6Chicken tenderloins
  5. 1/4 tspolive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1 bunchbroccoli
  7. 1salt and pepper to taste

    In a open sauce pan, lightly fry chicken, until chicken is light brown, then add salt and pepper

    Add onions and sweet peppers

  3. 3

    Add broccoli and peaches, and cook for 5mins

  4. 4

    15mins total time
