Stuffed bhindi (okra) with peanuts & coconut Masala

Assemble all ingredients. Wash & dry bhindi with cloth. Cut it length wise from center.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 tsp oil. Mix properly.

Fill above stuffing Masala in bhindi.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add stuffed bhindi. Fry them on medium flame. Stir it in between. Turn sides.

Once cooked & tender transfer it into plate.

Now in leftover oil add grated tomatoes. Saute until water evaporates. Add leftover Masala. Saute it 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Pour tomato Masala in dish. Place fried bhindi. Serve hot with puri, chapati or Nan.
