Ingredients

  • 500 gmChicken wings
  • 1egg
  • 4 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tbspshezwan sauce
  • 1 tbspsoysauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspchilli vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with chilli sauce, chilli vinegar, shezwan sauce, soysauce and egg and mix it and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now add cornflour and pinch of salt in it and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now deep fry this pieces in hot oil and serve it with salad
