Steps

Take 4 eggs blend with salt and pepper.

Take a vessel apply oil and pour the egg batter and steam it till it is cooked.

After completely cooked, cut the egg into cubes and keep it aside.

Now take a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, required salt, pepper and mix it well with water to a thick consistency (optional colour powder).

Take a frying pan, pour oil, take the egg cubes dip it into maida paste and fry it.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
