Ingredients

  • 4large potatoes- cooked-peeled-cubed
  • 4large hard boiled eggs- peeled- chopped
  • 1 cupcelery-chopped
  • 1medium onion- peeled- chopped
  • 2 cupmiracl whip ( you can use mayo, whatever you perfer)
  • 1/2 cuppowered sugar
  • 1 tbspparsley- dried
  • 1 tspcerery seed
  • 1 tspdry mustard
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1salt-pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook potatoes till fork tender.Allow to cool. ( I used red potatoes- cooked potatoe whole in the skin, when cool, skin peels right off).

  2. 2

    Cube potatoe when cool.Put them in a bowl. With celery, onion,eggs.

  3. 3

    In another bowl. Mix miracle whip, mustard, milk, celery seed, powered sugar, parsley.Mix all together.

  4. 4

    Pour wet mixture over potatoes, eggs,celery,onion. Stir to mix well. Salt & pepper to taste.Keep in refrigerator.
