Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the pineapple (remove the spiky hair, skin it, remove the eyes then cut into quarters), and add to jug
- 2
Cut banana into roughly quarters and add to jug
- 3
Peel satsuma and add the segments to the jug
- 4
Cut the kiwi into quarters and add to jug. You can remove the skin if you like but I leave it in as it is full of nutrients! :)
- 5
Use a hand blender to blend all ingredients together until at the consistency you desire!
- 6
It'll come out almost like a non-iced sorbet! Really nice start to the day :)

Green Breakfast Smoothie Green Breakfast Smoothie
So, I'm not a great fan of green smoothies, but I know how good they are for you. I've tried a couple of different combinations and absolutely hated them. This morning I decided, since I love spinach, to try a smoothie with spinach. To my great surprise, it wasn't half bad, I actually liked it, and I hope you will too. Allison Candelora -
