Ingredients

  • 5Take rawas or surmai only
  • 1/2 tbsptandoori masala
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1hard bread
  • 1 tbsprava
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First grind hard bread, rava and cornflour together and spread it in plate.

  2. 2

    In one bowl take fish and add all remaining items one by one and gently mix it.

  3. 3

    Take fish in bread mixture and cover it with mixture.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil and reduce the flame and deep fry it for exactly 70 second.
