Pick and wash beans.pour in a pressure pot.

Boil for 25mins.allow the pot to cool for 5minutes.

Gently open and drain the water.then wash.

Boil water in a normal pot,pour in the beans with sliced onion and grated ginger and garlic.

Boil for 7mins,peel and slice the plantain.

Pour inside the beans,add crayfish,pepper,maggi and salt.

Boil for 6mins.check the beans seed if is soft now.if is then pour in palmoil.

Boil for 4mins and stir with a wooden stirrer.

Lower the heat and simmer for 3more mins.stir very well and turn the heat off.

Food is ready.
