Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until bright green and tender, about 5 min. Drain beans and rinse with cold water.

Heat soy sauce in large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger; stir and cook until fragrant. Stir in honey.

Add the green beans to the skillet and toss to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans are tender, about 5-10 min.
