Ingredients

  • 1 lbImitation Crab Meat (chopped)
  • 2 packages8oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cupSour Cream
  • 2 tbspFrank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbspCajun Spice
  • 1 cupColby Jack Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tspMinced Garlic
  • 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 2 tspTabasco Sauce
  • 1 tspHorseradish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients, except for the crab and the shredded cheese, in a food processor or mixer.

  2. 2

    Fold in the crab and shredded cheese.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Serve with your favorite crackers. I used Wheat crackers.
