So many compliments on this! Fresh and light tasting dip. Perfect on Ruffles.
Cooking Instructions

Let cream cheese sit out to room temp. If in a hurry you can microwave it a bit but the dip will take longer to set up.

Peel your onion. Grate both the onion and the cucumber with the small side of your cheese grater.
- 3
In a large bowl add tbe grated onion and cucumber with ALL of the juices to the softened cream cheese and mix.
- 4
Cover and refridgerate until set. Serve with chips or pita or veggies!
