I had left over artichoke hearts and didn't want to waste them. So I looked at many recipes for dip and combined and added to get this dip.

Ingredients

  1. 4Artichoke hearts and stems, steamed, rough chopped
  2. 12 ozfrozen chopped spinach
  3. 8 ozcream cheese
  4. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1 tbsplite soy sauce
  6. 1/8 tspground cayenne pepper
  7. 1/8 tspground sweet paprika
  8. 1/2 cupshredded italian mix cheese : mozzarella, asiago, parmesan, fontina, romano
  9. 1/4 tsponion powder
  10. 1/2 tspdried basil
  11. 1/8 tspgarlic powder
  12. 1/4 cupmozzarella cheese shredded
  13. 1nonstick spray

Cooking Instructions

    Heat frozen spinach in the microwave just till thawed. Squeeze water out. Spray a 8x6x2 baking dish with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix Cream cheese, mayonnaise, lite soy sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, cheese mix, onion powder, dried basil, garlic powder.

    Mix in artichoke and spinach. Place in baking dish. Bake 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, etc.
