Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupOrzo
  2. 1 headbroccoli
  3. 2 lbshrimp
  4. 3smoked sausage links (sliced)
  5. 3 tbspadobo
  6. 2 packagesSazón
  7. 1/2Sweet Vidalia onion
  8. 1/4 cupbrown sugar (optional)
  9. 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring water to boil and add orzo. Cook for 7mins

  2. 2

    Add onions and sausage. Reduce heat to medium-high

  3. 3

    When onions are tender, add broccoli

  4. 4

    After 10mins, add shrimp, season with adobo and Sazón (and optional brown sugar)

  5. 5

    sauté until shrimp are done. (about 10mins, stirring frequently)
