Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  5. 1/2 tspto 1 tsp. cinnamon
  6. 1egg- beaten
  7. 1/2 cupmilk and 1 Tablespoon
  8. 1 1/2 cuppeeled - diced apples ( about 3 )
  9. 1oil for frying
  10. Glaze
  11. 2 cuppowdered sugar
  12. 1 tspvanilla extract
  13. 2 tbspmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a deep fryer. ( I Just used heavy pot)

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl with a wire whisk.Add egg & milk to dry ingredients. Mix well.

    Add Apples to the batter & blend together. Drop by spoonfuls & fry until golden brown. ( I used a #20 scoop). About 2 minutes per side.

    Drain on a paper towels. Let cool slightly. Mix glaze ingredients together. Dunk them in Glaze. Let them drain on a wire rack. With a piece of wax paper underneath to catch drips.
