Ingredients

  1. 1 bottleMakes
  2. 250 gmsCashews
  3. 250 gmsAlmonds
  4. 250 gmsPistas (unsalted)
  5. 250 gmsWalnuts
  6. 250 gmsDried Dates
  7. 50-60 gmsDiamond Mishri
  8. 50 gmsJeers
  9. 15-20Green Small Elachis
  10. 2 tablespoonssaffron
  11. 3-4Peppermint (white pudine ki goli)
  12.  to the  tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a muslin cloth and wipe all the dry fruits.

  2. 2

    In the grinder grind all the above ingredients coarsely. (without a drop of water)

  3. 3

    Transfer in a air tight jar.

  4. 4

    Tip

  5. 5

    Do not use wet spoon while removing from the jar.

  6. 6

    Do not keep the jar near the gas burners.

  7. 7

    During summer keep the dry fruit powder in the fridge.

  8. 8

    Take a glass of cold milk.

  9. 9

    In the grinder add 2 tablespoons of dry fruit powder, few ice cubes and blend it for a second.

  10. 10

    Pour it in a tall glass.

  11. 11

    Garnish it with almonds and pista flakes.

  12. 12

    Serve chilled or hot.

    Tip : For more yummy taste you can even add vanilla or kesar pista ice-cream.
