Ingredients

  • 1 largeAvocado
  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1green onion
  • 1bell pepper (your choice of color)
  • 1diced chicken (this is a good use for leftover rotisserie)
  • 1Cilantro
  • 1 largeZucchini
  • 2 largelimes
  • 1garlic salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all ingredients (except for limes, and cilantro) into bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    Finely chop cilantro and add to other ingredients

  3. 3

    Juice both limes and add juice to chopped ingredients

  4. 4

    Add garlic salt as desired
