Ingredients

  • 2Chicken breast
  • 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 canMilk
  • 1 tbspCurry
  • 1Salt/pepper
  • 2 cupGrated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupGrated cheddar cheese
  • 1Minced garlic
  • 1 cupRice
  • 2 smallheads of broccoli

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken breast and cook with salt, pepper, and garlic

  2. 2

    Cook rice IAW directions

  3. 3

    Cut broccoli and put in bottom of 9 x 11 glass pan

  4. 4

    Pour in chicken when cooked. Layer 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top

  5. 5

    Mix milk, soup, rice and curry and layer on top. Then layer the remaining cheese

  6. 6

    Cook for about 30 minutes at 350°F
