Ingredients

  1. salmon fingers
  2. 1salmon steak
  3. 1spray olive oil
  4. 1garlic salt
  5. dill sauce
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tspbutter or margerine
  8. 1 tspdill
  9. 1 tbspsour cream
  10. 1mix ingredients in small saucepan. Stir on medium heat to make sauce.

    Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with aerosol olive oil.

  2. 2

    Remove skin if present. Cut salmon steak into ~ 1" x 3" (2cm x 6cm) strips and arrange on baking sheet

  3. 3

    If desired dribble dill sauce over salmon fingers

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salmon fingers with garlic salt

  5. 5

    Place under broiler set to high for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove baking sheet and turn salmon fingers. Repeat steps 3-5.
