Ingredients

20-30minutes
5 people
  • 1 halfkg liver
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Green pepper
  • Garlic
  • Dhania
  • 2 tablespoonshoney
  • 2royco cubes
  • 1 table spoonroyco powder

Steps

20-30minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the ingredients to small pieces

  2. 2

    Place a pan on the heat and add 3tablespoons of cooking oil,,add onions and cook till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add green pepper and let it cook for 3minutes,then add garlic and allow it to cook

  4. 4

    Add the liver and mix it to ensure its properly mixed

  5. 5

    Let it cook for 5minutes while covered,,in moderate heat

  6. 6

    Then add tomatoes and sprinkle the cubes,,cover to cook the tomatoes in moderate heat

  7. 7

    In a half a cup of water,mix Royco powder and add in the meal and properly mix

  8. 8

    Cover to cook well for 10minutes

  9. 9

    Turn off the heat and srinkle the dhania and add the honey

  10. 10
