1 cupsliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cupfrozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cupchampagne, chilled
1/2 cuplemon - flavored sparkling water, chilled
2fresh strawberries (optional )

Steps

Place sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

Pour strawberry puree into a pitcher; add strawberry juice concentrate, and stir well. Cover and chill.

Just before serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water. Pour into chilled champagne flutes.

Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
