Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for koftas
  2. 1 cup- grated paneer
  3. 2 tbsp- maida
  4. 1teaspoon- green chilli
  5. 1 teaspoon- salt
  6. Ingredients for gravy
  7. 1 cup- whisked cued
  8. 1teaspoon- salt
  9. 1 teaspoon- redchilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon- turmeric powder
  11. 1 teaspoon- Dhania powder
  12. 2 cup- oil for frying
  13. 1 spoon- coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Paneer, maida, green chilli & salt ko ache se mix karke round balls bana lenge

  2. 2

    Oil garam karke balls ko brown hone tak fry karenge...paneer koftas ready

  3. 3

    Ek pan mein whisked curd, salt, chilli, haldi, Dhania powder & water daal kar ache se mix karenge

  4. 4

    Ek kadhai mein oil daal kar Kaddi patta, jeera daalenge....add karenge curd mixture....5 minutes ke liye high flame par rakhenge

  5. 5

    Add karenge paneer koftas

  6. 6

    Garnish with Dhania (coriander leaves)

  7. 7

    Paneer koftas in curd gravy is ready
