Sab se pehle tomato, onion, green chilli, adrak ko mixure me dal kar grander kar le.

Ek kadhai me Oil gram karein. jab Oil gram ho jaye usme hing, jeera, haldi powder, dhaniya powder dal ke bhune.

Ab usme grander kiya hua paste dale Lal mirch powder, gram masala, namak add karein.

Masale me mattar dal ke 1 cup pani dal de ache se bhune masala. Tb tak masala bhune Jab tak usme se Oil alg na ho jaye.

Masala bhune me Kam se Kam 30 mint lage ge. Jab masala ache se bhun jaye.

Usme paneer add kar ke 5 mint low flame pe rakhein.
