Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 100 gmFeniyan(silky thin sevayian)
  3. 2-3 tbspsugar
  4. 4-5Ellaychi (cardamom) powder
  5. Mix dry fruits chopped (almonds, raisins, cashews, gratedcoconut
  6. 8-10 StrandsSaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan. Boil until it reduces half. Add sugar, saffron & ellaychi powder. Mix well. Boil again for 2-3 minutes. Switch off gas.

    Add feniyan in a serving bowl.

    Add milk, mix well. Garnish with dry fruits. Enjoy relishing dessert immediately.
