Methi Matar Malai

It is quick and easy to make using the microwave oven!
Steps

Wash the fenugreek leaves and then blanch it in 2-3 cups hot water with a little salt. Drain, run through cold water, drain again and keep aside.

In a microwave safe bowl add the vegetable oil, asafoetida and chopped onion microwave for 1 min or till just slightly golden, then add the ginger-garlic paste and micro for a minute.

Add the blanched fenugreek leaves and microwave for 1 minutes, then add pureed tomatoes, red chilli, cumin and coriander powder, and microwave for 2 minutes.

Then add peas and 1/2 cup of water microwave for 2 min dress with salt and garam masala powder. Allow to rest in microwave for 30 sec. then ready to serve.

Finally stir in the cream and serve warm with naan or chapati.
