These are the all ingredients for making both the dishes

For egg roll :- take a bowl put 4 eggs in it and the bell peppers and onions and green coriander finely chopped mix them well with salt and black pepper and red chilli powder

Take a pan and put oil in it then put the batter in it let it cook then make half roll of it and put it side of pan like in the pic then put batter and let it cook and roll it half and continue this for 4 to 5 time. Cut the roll in round shape

For egg kebab :- mash the potatoes in and bowl with onions, coriander, salt, black pepper,red chilli powder and mash them

Put oil in the hand take the mashed potatoes make it flat put boiled egg in center and cover it with the mashed potatoes dip it in the egg yolk and roll on the bread crumbs

Deep fry them on full flame until they become golden brown colour take them out cut them half and use red ketchup and green mint chutney
