Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tsp ghee or oil. Mix well.

Add required water and knead semi soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Make equal portions of the dough. Roll it like a ball. Flatten it round with roller pin dusting wheat flour.

Heat skillet on medium flame. Place parantha on it. Roast it. Drizzle ghee/oil on edges. Roast both sides golden brown.

Serve hot with butter & curd.
