Ingredients

  • 1Fish cut into long strips 5
  • 1 tbspcorn flour
  • 1 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 cupdrinking soda
  • 1 tsplemon
  • 1 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut deboned fish into strips which shouldn't be too long. And marinate it with just pepper, lemon and salt.

  2. 2

    Mix cornflour, all purpose flour, red chilli and salt and mix it. Then add drinking soda in it and whisk it.
