Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 1/2tomato
  • 1/2yellow onion
  • 2teaspoonfuls of cooking oil
  • 1teaspoonful of olive oil
  • 1/4teaspoonful of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Scramble the eggs. Add olive oil and salt ans scramble further.

  2. 2

    Cut onion and tomato into frying pan. Add cooking oil. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan and cook for 4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali.
