Fried paneer- chop paneer in bite size pieces. Mix 4 tbsp cornflour with water and make thick paste. Add salt and pepper and mix it. Coat paneer with this batter and deep fry it in hot oil.

Take wok and add oil and ginger garlic and red chilli amd saute it for 1/2 minute.

Then add fine chopped onion and capsicum. As vegetables are cooking mix cornflour with 3 tbsp of water.

Now add soysauce and chilli vinegar in it with salt and pepper. Add corn flour paste and mix it. Add fried paneer in it and mix it delicately. Serve it hot.
