Steps

Boil your beef till tender.

Add oil in the beef and fry till brown

Add onions and continue frying till golden brown then add garlic and fry till well cooked.

Add pilau masala, ginger and salt and cook till all the spices are well incorporated in the beef.

Add your tomato paste and continue frying for 30 seconds

Add water to the beef and bring to boil.
- 7
Then add your rice and simmer under low heat until the rice is tender.

When ready serve with kachumbari.
