  • 1 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 1 bunchdek
  • 1 bunchosuga
  • 1 litremilk
  • 1large onion
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • to tasteSalt

    Cut sukuma wiki, terere, dek, and osuga and boil them for 40min

  2. 2

    Drain water and set aside

  3. 3

    Cut onions and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Put oil in a sufuria add onions fry

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and mash

  6. 6

    Add boiled kienyeji and stir Add salt

  7. 7

    Add milk and mix or stir, let it cook for 20min serve hot
