Cut the beef into pieces. Boil the meat in a sufuria

Meanwhile clean the tomatoes and carrot

Chop the onions and tomatoes into tiny pieces. Grate the carrot and put them aside.

Chop the cabbage. In a cooking pan add the oil and saute onions add on the grated carrots and stir. Add the cabbage and salt keep at it. Cook

In a another sufuria add oil and fry onions. Add in the beef and keep stirring.

Add in the tomatoes and salt. Stir add a cup of water and cover and cook
