Steps

Boil the potatoes with skin, peel and mash/grate.

Chop onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.

If stuffing is to be given, then boil and mash green peas.

Now mix together potato, onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, lime, corn flour in a bowl & knead thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into small balls (60-70 grams each ball).

Green peas stuffing can be given in this stage in each portion of potato mixture.

Give neat Patty shape, shallow fry both the sides on tawa till golden brown.

Serve hot with mint and saunth chutney.
