Heat cooking oil in a sufuria

Add chopped onions and stir until golden brown

Add chocolate tomatoes and pepper stir make sure to smash all tomatoes

Add salt and roycco to the mixture then add 1 glass of water

Stop on the Titanic and cover for it to boil and cook well

When the fish becomes soft remove from heat

Serve hot with spinach and ugali
