A super tasty and quick lunch, especially great in winter and really warming.

Chop the onions and sauté them in oil. Rinse the lentils and rice, then add them to the pot. Pour in the water and bring everything to a good boil.

Add the red pepper paste, bouillon cube, salt, cumin, and instant noodle seasoning. Stir well. If the soup is too thick, add more water. Let it cook until everything is well done.

I served it with extra red pepper paste and plenty of green olives—so delicious!
