Ingredients

  1. 200 gmschenna, onion, tomato
  2. 8red chillies
  3. 2ts salt, coriander powder
  4. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  5. 10 gmsjeera, ginger
  6. 25 grmsgrated coconut
  7. 50 mlcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the chenna for about 5 hrs in water and bake it in the pressure cooker.

    In a mixer grinder add coconut, red chilies, ginger, jeera, tomato, onion and make it into smooth paste.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil and heat it. In that add the smooth paste and add the chena. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

    Add coriander leaves and stop cooking. Gravy is ready to taste.
