Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and the parmesan cheese set aside.

In large skillet, brown the ground beef in oil.

Add the crushed garlic, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat and simmer.

Meanwhile in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna just until tender, drain.rinse and pat dry.

Pour about one third of the meat sauce over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, add a layer of lasagna strips, and pour another third of the meat sauce over

Carefully spread half the cheese mixture over sauce.add another layer of strips, the remaining meat sauce, and the remaining cheese cheese mixture.

Top with mozzarella slices.bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
