First take a bowl & put it Gobhi pieces

Add cornflour & mix well

Gobhi should be coated with the cornflour

Then heat oil for frying gobhi

Fry gobhis till golden brown

Remove it from the gas

Take a pan & heat it

And add 1 tablespoon oil

Add chopped garlic

Then add chopped onion & green chilli

Soute for 5 minutes

Add chopped capcicum

Fry it for 5 minutes

If cornflour is leftover after frying gobhis so use this cornflour

Add tomato sauce in leftover cornflour and mix well.Also add water.

Add this mixture into a pan and mix it.

Than add fried gobhis & mix well

Cook it for 2 - 3 minutes

Off the gas
