Boil water,add salt and spaghetti stir while cooking

When cooked remove excess water add blue band or cooking oil

Boil meat,add onions & cooking oil when cooked add tomatoes and dhania

In a different sufuria add onions and oil cook till brown add sukuma & tomato

Serve while hot with ovacados
