Let the minced meat cook over heat while turning it till its brown and separated.

Cut the onions into thin slices and add to the minced meat

Add a little oil and Dania and mix well then add little salt. Then put aside.

Add water to the flour and a little salt. Add water and make chapati like dough.

Once the dough is soft and firm, roll on a flat surface using hands into cylindrical shapes.

Cut the small balls and keep aside. Roll each ball thinly into an oval shape on a flat surface

Heat the pan but do not add oil. Put the rolled chapati shaped like dough on the pan and turn over for the both sides to cook slightly

Do this to all balls then cut into half to make samosa pockets. Then seal with a glue made of mixing flour and water into a thick paste

Fill them with minced meat. Heat oil deep fry them

Set to cool and serve.
