marinate wings in soy 30 min. turn over and marinate another 30 min.

melt 1/2 to 1 stick of butter on a baking sheet

mix flour, ginger and sesame seeds together in a zip lock bag.

dredge wings through flour mixture

place on hot shhet pan with melted butter; cook 20 min; turn wings and cook another 20 min or until cooked
